Saímos de Lisboa (Avieiros da Póvoa de Santa Iria) rumo a Évora, percurso de dificuldade técnica baixa mas fisicamente desafiante e exigente pela sua distancia. São 180 km com cerca de 800m de desnível positivo , percurso de puro Grabel, desde os passadiços do tejo, canal do Sorraia , Fluviario de Mora até a via rápida do Grabel “ecopista” que nos vai entregar a Évora.
Este desafio conta com dois pontos de abastecimento programados:
* 1º abastecimento em Coruche KM
* 2º abastecimento em Pavia KM
Os ritmos do BotaPoGrabel?
Cada um tem o seu, é obvio, de qualquer forma, tentamos sempre levar o grupo compacto, aqui nao ha corridas, as taças são de vinho e trocadas por canecas de cerveja, o objectivo é chegarmos, se vai ser fácil? Não vai!! se é um passeio? Não é!! É desafio de BotaPoGrabel, segmentos lentos e segmentos super rápidos, momentos de risada e momentos de sangue na boca, tudo faz parte do desafio, assim é o Bota!
No final a melhor parte, tempo de partilha desta magnifica experiência, à mesa a saborear as tão esperadas Migas de Évora.

• Unloading of luggage into the support vehicle

Participation Rules
- Helmet use is mandatory;
- GPS use is mandatory;
- Participants must respect the Organization’s instructions regarding any alternative routes, in order to guarantee safety and adherence to the event’s scheduled times;
- It is mandatory to adopt rules of good conduct on the roads, including compliance with the Traffic Code, safe circulation, and respect for other road users;
- Participants must care for the environment, leaving no waste on the route and respecting nature and surrounding property.
Insurance
- The organization guarantees the legally required insurance, included in the registration fee. Any accident or incident not covered by the insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Expenses for claims not reported in time for insurance activation will not be covered by the organization.
Privacy
- By registering for our events, athletes authorize the free and full transfer of image and voice rights to the organization. Use may include reproduction, editing, and publication in any medium (paper or digital) for:
- Dissemination on the event website;
- Social networks and media;
- Physical or digital exhibition.
- In accordance with Article 7(3) of the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, participants may withdraw their consent in writing at any time.
- Personal data will be used to manage registration for the event, and the participant is responsible for its accuracy.
- It is possible to exercise the rights of access, rectification, or cancellation of data via email:
